I used to get 10-12 hrs of sleep per day. That was back when I was taking abilify. I’m on caplyta now and I rarely get even 8 hrs. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good thing overall. I just find myself very worn down by the end of the day. When I try to fall back asleep in the morning it just feels like my brain rejects it and I have to get up.
Does anyone know of any medications/supplements/methods that could help me get a longer sleep? I already take vistaril and l-theanine to help me fall asleep.
