I was listening to music, and started hearing voices, took my headphones out of my ears, and held my phone up in the air, I then had an out of body experience. Could not move. Got out of it and my phone was still held up.
What does that mean ?
I blanked out, couldn’t move and my body started going up the wall… so scary
That doesn’t sound normal ! I had all sorts of negative experiences like that when i was on seroquel. All you can do is tell your doctor about it.
Do things like this happen a lot?
I’ve had an episode where my boyfriend stepped away from me for a few mins and came back and I was frozen partially, and could just say sounds. I was really fighting it. This was in the dark today so wasn’t sure if I was half asleep and that’s why I was out of my body. Night things like that have been going on for years, but I was in the middle of listening to music.
I missed my remeron last night on accident so brain chemistry probably malfunctioned
That might be the cause.
Ok, I had the half of pill ready to take, and accidentally fell asleep. Then in my sleep meds weren’t on my mind. Woke up and it was laying on my dresser.
i always thought i was destined to be catatonic. so i said bring it on, but it never did. sounds scary! sometimes you just have to forget weird things and get out of mind.
