keeps the authoritarians happy, they don’t need booze and weed and Cincinnati reds baseball like I do. you can kill and get laid on this planet. o yeah and you can lock up an innocent man for hiking along the roads. and subject him to psych meds in some sort of sexual competition.

my apologies it was a mistake, sometimes my emotions get the best of me and I post things I shouldn’t. i’m not going to explain things, just my little hunch about life living in a conservative area being surrounded by gun owners.

but you are associating a lot of broken and divergent things…
Really though they aren’t authoritarians… They are power mongerers. They feel that by inheritance they should have a strong say in the shape of the world. And most do leave all the guilt to be placed squarely on the shoulders of the impoverished. “That’s just the way it is. It’s your fault if you don’t fit in.” That’s the general theme.
On the lighter side of things. There is a lot of fear over deranged individuals that is valid. They’d opt to disempower anyone along those lines, just to dissuade it’s influence in their life. I mean a lot of people feel it’s important that their children live in a filtered world… that doesn’t immediately introduce them to sex, drugs, and the devil… or whatever perceived evil sits outside the veil. They’re staging them to live clean, earnest, and happy lives.
It’s unrealistic in the grand scheme of things… even jeopardizes world progress at times. But it is practical in the day to day… just trying to get through life as it is… sense of things.
There are those who are wolves in sheep’s clothing… who do get off on having more control than others… down to the secret snuff reality that still happens out there. Total dominance of a soul… until death… sort of like schizophrenia’s angle… but don’t misconstrue the two are only connect in the abstract… they are merely similar.
The world is stable though… and we do have to thank the authoritarians for that… It’s still pretty unfair… and the pecking line goes most obedient first… least obedient last… regardless of how stubborn people are.
