Wanting to fail is normal

Because that’s why work is work. There are always things we’d rather do so don’t worry another day about fears of failing. It’s normal.

Sometimes when someone asks me to do something I think is really difficult, I almost hope I’ll fail so they won’t ask me to do it again.
I feel you.

I’m not saying we let ourselves fail, I say we work to overcome the fear.

Read the mindset book. Fixed mindset verses growth mindset. The growth mindset think failing is a learning oppertunity and a way to grow

News to me. I’ve always been driven to succeed. I’ve just accepted that failing every so often is a healthy part of the learning process.
