Plan is…
the next time you want to light up one of those stinky cigs,
stand next to me,
and I’ll smack that little sucker right down to the ground
Nasty!

(but I’d never actually touch you…as in hitting you. Nope, never. Only the stinky cig.)

Im also trying to quit nicotine. First i tried cold turkey and failed. Then I tried quitting with the gum but ended up relapsing again. I been having better luck going cold turkey this time though. I am on my fourth day not smoking, it is my longest streak yet.

Some advice i would give is to make a specific date your quit date and throw away all your smoking equipment on that date. Don’t fall for the “just one cigarette” after you decide to quit. That cigarette will feel really good and recondition your mind to want cigarettes again.

And be prepared for your nicotine triggers . These are the events or times you would normally smoke and these are typically the times you will receive the strongest cravings. Be sure to be occupied during those moments.

And most of all don’t give up if you fail along the way. It can take a person multiple tries before successfully quitting. Good luck!

When I wanted to quit, I looked up relatives who had quit ages ago. They gave support.

Cool thanks for tip

You could try to figure out how many you smoke on average per day, and then smoke one less each day until you reach 0.
