After stopping my no carb diet I am going to embark on a normal calorie controlled diet.
To compliment this I am going on daily walks. I live in the Scottish lowlands deep in the country. There are loads of good walks round here - we live near a loch as well.
Anyway my neighbours are pregnant and the wee one is due any day now. Understandably they are pretty occupied with this and their two little girls who are toddlers. They have a Jack Russell bitch who needs a lot of walking so I have arranged to take the dog (named woof!) for a long walk each day.
The family were so grateful as they will be busy as soon as the baby comes. It suits me as well cos long walks are exactly what I need (I am far too unfit to go to a gym). Am looking forward to it.
