I wake up the time everyone else is asleep at 3;30 am to go to work.

That sounds awful. Iā€™d try to get a new shift. Iā€™m at night owl might go to bed at 2am. When I worked in call centers I prefer a 11am till 830 PM shift.

Im so use to the hours dont feel like changing.
