I’m wanting to volunteer when virus gone but I get anxious on the till then make mistakes
Anyone volunteer at charity shop before
I’m the same way good thread to start
I’ve volunteered for a religious thrift shop in the past. It was pretty cool. I mostly worked with organizing and putting out clothes.
I volunteered in a hospital to help and guide old and disabled ppl. Its was good for my CV too. That was before my sz when I was in university. Now I can’t volunteer or work after sz.
IDK. Everybody makes mistakes.
But if you try not to make the same ones, you might be OK.
I applied for one just before lockdown started. And got accepted. However I decided that I will go into paid work instead now. It’s good to do if you have the time, practice makes perfect
I have had a few different volunteer jobs .
I have volunteered at a few second hand shops.
I never touched the cash register.
I dusted, sorted clothes, tagged, did dishes etc
