So I decided to eliminate everything from my room, anything with a sound from clocks ticking to air purifiers.
I can actually say it was dead quiet last night finally!

That’s pretty interesting… So that stopped the voices. Bizarre…
I mean the meds did however I still had been listening for them as I could once hear them from fans etc. So I eliminated everything with a sound.
