Yes when I used to hear voices from people all around me, they would act according to their voices. I am sorry that they seem so real to you. I hope it will leave you. Can I ask how long have u been on ap?
My different hallucinations often work together. Tactile and visual, visual and auditory, it’s harder to tell what’s real when there are more senses being affected.

first i was thinking they r real
but things afterthat changed i begin to feel my life is deteriorating so i went to psychiatrist and to another and to anothor some of them say i am not ill thats little faithfulness only untill i stabillized with the last doc
he is in his 80s clever and smart been with him for 4 years may be and i been ill for about 8 years

That’s strange if they say you are not ill when u can hear voices. It’s great u have found a psychiatrist who u find helpful.
