It may sound strange, but looking for natural products on the market I decided to buy this one and I feel more energetic and motivated.
Unfortunately it can only be taken for 20 days. My psychiatrist told me that and that it has an “energizing” effect along with folic acid.
I take a high potency b12 supplement, but only take it sporadically, like once a week or less. B12 as opposed to the other b vitamins can potentially be stored in the body for several years.
Do u take it for negative symptoms too?
I was taking it and noticed improvment to mental alertness. Its good
I wanted to add. It makes sense that if we assume shcizophrenia is an inflammatory disease then a builder of dna will fight back the daily inflammation on a genetic level – maybe thats why the mental alertness is one of the first thing you notice when on vitamin b12
I did blood work about 7 months ago with my primary care doctor. She said my vitamin B12 was below 300 and she wanted it higher. She told me to take 1000mcg a day. Now retested after about 3 to 4 months of supplementing and it registered at 553 or something on the scale.
I take it for energy and sleep. Insomnia is linked to lack of b12, however it should be taken early in the day.
My b12 vitamin is about 567 above average.i daily eat meat and its help me to keep my b12 levels in high
