Visualize-erase

to quiet voices, visualise a dream or experience you have had as an image or memory, then make your mind erase the image by focusing, practice until you get it. I did this and the voices went quiet.

there are many techniques you can try, like imagining a pan pot on a mixing board and aiming your intention of it being volume and turning it down, or focus on your ears, imagine the sound as an energy that you can push out of your head and your house. Also imagine the first place you heard them and use imagination techniques to clear the walls and objects of that location using the visualise-erase model.

visualise your nerves in your brain and erase them or aim at the back of neck and spine down to butt and clear.
