She sold a bit of stock to pay for a complete addition and rennovation of her old house… $225,000. !! It looks so modern now…construction won’t be finished until around march or april…mom is excited and that makes me happy…

She is having the house bricked and a new roof, additions plus a covered patio. brand new beautiful big windows through out the house…added pantry. extended bedroom. all new appliances, HVAC, and flooring and wall treatment.
