I think it was the right move for Nintendo, I now want a switch 2 more than before.
Nintendo R&D, Public relations strategy:
- Make quick ambiguous statements.
- When in doubt, state the obvious.
- When questioned, create a question for their question…
- When asked about Nintendo’s IPs, sue them for saying the IP’s name out loud for ‘evasion of piracy to the second degree.’ (What does that mean? -Blood&money- dripping from a lawyer’s jaw.)
- Before anyone knows wtf is going on, release the Hounds, I mean the ‘alarm clock’ set with a certain date and time.
Then play the music, to a beautiful onslaught of speculation.
The art of hype, is all about getting the user base to do all the work for you.

God I hate delistings. Also they just ruled games couldn’t be preserved in the USA. Effing sucks.
If anybody is looking to buy all of the delisted games at once, you can just buy the mega drive collection and the dreamcast collection on steam. That includes the whole list plus one extra, sonic adventure DX.

I just bought a pocket arcade last month that has Xevious, Galaga, and Galaxian on it. Those are games from my childhood and they are licensed for that device to the company who owns the titles is still making money off of them!

That doesn’t surprise me, they’re whale hunting with that console. Nobody actually needs a marginal graphics upgrade 2 years before the next generation makes it obsolete.
The Xbox One X and PS4 Pro made more sense, playing games in 4k that used to be 1080p. This pro is nowhere near that big a leap in quality.
Yeah, I agree. I don’t get the point in paying around $800 when your done buying everything for the console to not even get 8k graphics… just gonna wait for the ps6 to drop myself
