Vancouver Eastside (Canada) residents dying at more than eight times the national average

I work in shelters and not those living on the streets or near homeless living on the couch of someone else. There seems to be more restrictions in these places, where criminal activity or drugs is not allowed, and they help instead of a handout, in which you move from nothing to a job, to paying for the room, to getting your own place.
