Does anyone know if these plans can be obtained for less money through the health market with Obama Care?
If you have Medicare why would you want to buy more insurance? You can get Humana or something similar like People’s Health for free. You just have to sign up for it.
Medicare is pretty good insurance. I have insurance through my work also and it is secondary to Medicare now and I don’t pay copays for anything anymore.
I would just like to have medical insurance, but i’m just too tired to do anything about it.

@TomCat, the reason I get extra insurance is because Medicare covers 80%. My healthcare this year has cost my insurance over $23,000 so far. I can’t afford 20% of my healthcare costs. Also, straight medicare doesn’t cover prescriptions. I need that coverage too.
