US dollars - How does a blind person distinguish between a $5 bill and a $50 bill?

My hotel is priced in Dollars for Sri Lanka so picked some up yesterday. I’ve used many dollars over the years and what always gets me is that they’re all the same size, not distinguish marks. British money is plastic and size decreases with less value notes, also British notes have Brail on them. How does a blind person distinguish between a $5 bill and a $50 bill in the US?

I guess there’s a device for that:

I know some blind or visually-impaired folks fold their bills a certain way based on denominations to keep them in order.
