Walnuts are a good source of that. I started eating walnuts a few months back when someone on here recommended them.

The supplement sounds good but I’ll get mine from food. Every time I used a supplement I become sick. There are many people on here who like supplements, maybe it could help them out

Same here. I try them all because I don’t want to miss out on something that might help but 90% of the time I just end up wasting money.

Some supplements make me ill too, Taurine made my joints ache which is a shame as it got rid of my paranoia.

I’ve ordered some from iherb as they were having a 20% off sale. I never have much luck with supplements but I’ll see how it goes.

I don’t notice anything yet.

Hmmm…

I don’t know If it’s coincidence or not, but I feel exceptionally bad today.

I’m going to skip taking this until I feel better and try again.

@everhopeful have you taken it again? How do you feel?

Ah. I forgot to restart it. I’ll restart it on Monday and see how I get on.

I actually forgot about it again.

I’ve set a reminder on my phone to retry it on Monday.

I’m concerned it says Urolithin A is a product of China but it’s manufactured in the USA on the bottle. I’m not sure what that means.

That might put me off taking it in fact. I’ll see.

Edit:

Yeah. Here’s what is says:

Manufactured and quality tested in USA with globally sourced ingredients. Urolithin A is a Product of China.

I think I’m not going to take it.

I get that. It’s unfortunate that we have to consider things like this. Hopefully one day we’ll learn to cooperate.
