Drove up 7 hours through New York State to Canada on Saturday.
Past the Catskills and Adirondack Mountains.
Beautiful country for sure.
If I could live elsewhere I’d choose living up in the Adirondacks in upstate NY.
The only downside would be the cold and snowy winters.
I lived a lot of places but never the Northern East Coast area.
The farthest north I ever lived was in Quantico.
I’m very interested in seeing the area and have tentative plans to visit and possibly see Niagara Falls.

I can recommend going to Niagara Falls. I was there with my sister for a day back in the days. Loved the mini boat trip and getting some mist on you.
It’s nice here. But a poor area in some parts. Lots of drugs, heroin and meth.
Yeah Meth is on the rise everywhere unfortunately
Winters are almost as hard to take as taxes and runaway govt.
Yeah. My step cousin got arrested when the police did a routine traffic stop and found meth in his car. He’s out on probation though.

Yes, unfortunately. I am not a fan of any cold areas.
I like it here a lot better than I did other places. Cost of living is high, but there’s many programs to help people with low income and disabilities.
I grew up in NC, then traveled a lot.

It was lucky I didn’t go, as I got very ill in the middle of the year I would have been in the US
