Is 5 days after first getting hot. I feel like I have turned a corner. My temp is low and the headache has gone. I think I have gotten over it thank goodness

Currently in the U.K. you only get tested if you are admitted to hospital so I will never know

Same here. We’re way short on dx’ed tests. It’s a big problem. I’ve had a terrible cough for about two weeks. I was surfing the internet, and I came up on this post from the Center for Disease Control that was supposed to answer questions about the Corona virus. One thing it said was that if you had any of the symptoms they mentioned dial 911, the emergency number. I did that, and an ambulance came. They gave me a mask and left me alone, because they couldn’t test for the Corona virus. They told me to stay quarantined.

I just wish I could get a good nights sleep. My sleep these last 5 days has been awful
When I was a little boy I didn’t want to go to school one day so I asked my mother to take my temperature.
Whe she left the room, I held the thermometer up to the living room lamp lightbulb to rapidly increase my temperature!
She still recounts and laughs about this story to this day.

Not a full on fever for the whole 5 days but was pretty messed up for the majority of it. It didn’t go to my lungs though so I have no idea if it was the bug going round.

Maybe I spoke too soon. Got hot again 90 minutes ago. Had to strip to boxers and put my summer fan on. This has helped a lot
