Update. I saw my psych and she said

Saw my psych today and told her my therapist is moving.

She okayed me to start day treatment at the clinic. Namely: exercise, art, and coping skills themed group treatment.

I love my psych she helps me. Everyone else is so nice to me there too.

If I’m getting squirrelly and rocking in my chair in the lobby nobody bats an eye. Nice to be myself and not be gawked at.

Also psych upped my clozapine a tiny bit

Yeah, I saw my pdoc the other day after discharge from the hospital…she’s going to switch me to a different provider cuz she doesn’t feel comfortable working with clozapine. That’s too bad, I really liked her, but I need to stay on clozapine. I had an outpatient ECT today and it went well. My next one is Oct 14, then I don’t know yet when the next one will be scheduled. It’s helped me a lot with depression and suicidal ideation.

So you’re doing good on clozapine? Thank God it’s working for someone. I hope it continues to help. Hugs

@Bitty , I just completed an intensive 1-year program with individual and group therapy, reading & workbook homework, and 24/7 phone coaching as needed. It was a huge help to me.

I didn’t utilize the coaching much until the very end, but I didn’t utilize the homework and therapy. It taught me skills that have helped me cope better.

Part of what we did was DBT therapy. I highly recommend it. I don’t have Borderline Personality Disorder and it still helped me a lot so I don’t think it’s necessary to have BPD in order to benefit from it.

Good luck @Bitty !!!
