So I figured I’d give you guys an update on how I’m doing.
Seeing all I do is make small posts and lurk alot.
Lol.
I’m doing better than I was about a year ago, prior 2 getting banned from the forum for my inappropriate behaviour, which I do still apologize for.
It was rude and unethical and I cannot forgive myself for the way I behaved.
Anyways,
I got off my mood stabilizer (Valproic Acid) because it was giving me some bad negative symptoms, not to mention my mood was pretty much flat.
I got off that successfully, with the help of my pdoc of course.
Now im just on the Invega Trinza.
I started eating healthy and exercising (cant say I lost alot of weight, but I lost some ! )
My thinking and thoughts scatter all over the place, I have some anxiety, but thats totally manageable and not an issue for me to be productive.
I started to take Vitamin B3, alongside L Theanine with my meals, and its working tremendously in my favour.
Cant say I feel awesome, cuz thats an understatement, but I do feel a tad bit better.
I drink plenty of water now, cuz the withdrawals from caffeine cause me to be constantly hydrated.
Anyway,
Just wanted 2 give U guys a small post on how I’m doing.
