Schizophrenia can be improved, if not cured, by undergoing the right sort of therapy.
What that therapy might be, I can’t say for sure.
But meds are overrated. The brain is way too complex for a single molecule to fix some faulty wiring.
EDIT. Meds are important and should be taken as prescribed. Just saying they don’t address the underlying cause.
