Unlikely? Overthinking?

So I had a virtual appointment with my GP earlier.

She agreed to fax in Ativan to my pharmacy.

After I finished the video call, I went down stairs and talked to my grandma. My grandma asked me "Did you tell your doctor you were having a bad day anxiety wise? " I told my grandma no I didnt want to tell her incase she wanted to change my meds and I didnt want to go through the hassle of changing my meds.

I cant remember if I turned off the video chat, what if my doctor stayed on the video call for 10 to 15 seconds after and heard what I said to my grandma?

What if she decided against faxing the Ativan script to the pharmacy because of that? Am I over thinking this? I need that Ativan!

you are probably over thinking it. even if she stayed on u might have been too far away for her to hear you.

Even if the doc heard you, I don’t see any logic path that would lead her to think “oh my patient is feeling even more anxious than I realized. He is so anxious that he is anxious about telling me he is anxious. Better make sure to cancel his anxiety meds.”
