The last few nights I can’t get comfortable for the life of me.
It’s really bad tonight and it’s real frustrating. Like, I don’t know, my legs feel heavy and weird??
It’s like a really bad tactile hallucination running throughout my body
Does anyone else’s sz give them issues like this?
I get this, but I think it’s my fibromyalgia? But maybe not? It doesn’t really hurt necessarily, it’s just uncomfortable. And so heavy. It’s what’s keeping me awake right now.

Is it like restless legs??
Mine isn’t. It’s sort of similar, but I have no urge to move. But a similar uncomfortable feeling. They’re just heavy and sort of like I ran for a while. That sort of ache. But also a little tingly. But not so tingly it feels like bugs. Less than that.
I’m really not good at explaining things and this weird feeling is hard to explain. But it may not even be the same feeling @ZanyNotStoopid is explaining.

Are you on meds that cause restless legs? Akathesia I believe it’s called.
It also seems like a symptom of dissociation… your mind is going neutral to the awareness of being connected to the legs and then they start to feel like some awkward extention.
I experience things like that a lot… normally it’s because I’m worn out or sat around for too long.
anyone else smell chicken ramen noodles? Cause I do… lol I must be hungry
I wonder if it’s some sort of negative symptom like a depression. I know when my mood dips it feels like there are anchors tied to my legs. Probably not what you’re talking about but I thought I’d share.
