I use a cold bag from the freezer, and it helps me relax.
I was very antsy yesterday. I tried laying in bed but would only last 5 minutes. So then Iโd go to the porch swing where I just felt uneasy.
I find this helps with panic attacks too!!!
I can see how the cold bag from the freezer helps, kind of like splashing oneโs face with cold water to shake oneโs mind out of where it is stuck when spiraling in the throes of a panic attack or _________ (whatever, fill in the blank). Helps to change the channel, so to speak, to refocus (or focus on something else).
I only use those for sprains and injuries. I use tea to relax.
