Considering veganism is about not exploiting animals rather than being strictly about whether or not you eat flesh I think that this would be compatible with veganism, so I would 100% eat lab grown meat if it doesn’t require animals to be exploited to obtain the cells for culture. I am glad its finally being sold, and I hope this can convince meat eaters to source their meat this way eventually. Will be way better for the environment as well.
