While I was talking with a friend on messenger about my mission to save the beings the TV said the word mission. I considered it a divine sign and message. TV is a medium by which God talks. Plus voices comment on every single action I do.

If your voices are giving you a running commentary and youâre having delusions of reference with regards to the tv then itâs time to call your doctor.

I agree with the advice here to call your doctor. Also, if the TV is messing with you, please avoid it for the time being. Once youâre aware something is triggering your symptoms, get away from it immediately.

But what do you do if your triggers are People, Places and Things?
Not trying to be a smart apple here, but sometimes the best thing a person can do is find a quiet place in a corner of the house with as little stimulation as possible.

Regardless of how real it feels, think of whether you want to hear âsecret messagesâ from the TV. You likely want your old, normal life back, free of these exchanges, so maybe work towards that.

I had the tv sending messages delusion when I was psychotic, it wasnât fun. I couldnât shut the tv cause my dad always has it on when heâs home, til around 3 am, so it was like torture because I could hear it throughout the house. My mind misconstrued the words from the tv to fit what I was imagining at the time so it was like hearing voices in overdrive. When the tv was off, it was a major relief. I read books now and dont watch much tv. I donât even want to own a tv when I have my own place.

Itâs ideas of reference. Itâs only an illusion from a brain that isnât working right. Itâs a positive symptom and you should be telling your doctor.

I second Pixelâs advice. I made myself a nest in my closet. Itâs where I go when nothing else is safe. Just me and my socks

I had this TV sending messages delusion too, it was like getting real words or sentences from the world politicians and it stopped always when I turned off TV, it felt so real, but after thinking it was just a delusion. It was different from my usual auditory hallucinations, because I only received these words when TV was on. I got words such as âyou are so lowâ, âdrinking milkâ and so on and these were on the voices of the leading politicians such as Bill Clinton.
But I must state that I believe there is a technology to manipulate TV signals. I remember when the CIA recruiter called me in America in Sept 1998 and the whole time during this telephone call the TV signal was disturbed without any real broadcasting. So I believe that technology exists.
