TV is no good

I was watching TV with my dude and suddenly the TV said kill so and so. I got up and left the room. Then a voice that sounds like my neighbor said a loud the word fraud. If I’m such a fraud then explain how I ended up in wards since the age of 19/20. Over thirty times if you want to know.

You think I take medicine for nothing? I’m destroyed. My life is none of anybody around here’s ■■■■■■■ business. I think the TV is evil and has demons in it. That was it I couldn’t take it anymore.

Sorry @roxanna I remember all to well how evil I thought the TV was when I was symptomatic.

The TV always has “conversations” with me. Scares the crap out of me but I still know it’s not true.

Sorry to hear that @roxanna. In my case, I think someone has hacked into my TV, controlling it, and saying things about me.

I think that very often as well. Or some kind of greenscreen thing.

The eyes are the most impressionable sense organ. I guess it’s best to avoid tv if it causes symptoms.

I remember one of the times I was admitted they had a TV on the ward. But when they realised how sick I was I was moved to another ward with no TV. I think there wasn’t even pictures on the walls.

No problems with TV now, but I’m getting more critical about what I watch.

This is not recovery oriented and these replies are just encouraging delusions, so I will be closing this.
