I decided to try and do more things. So I looked up events at our library. They have a book club on Thursday mornings I thought I’d try (we shall see if I make it)
I haven’t read a whole book in years due to focus and cognitive symptoms but I decided to buy the book they are reading this month on my kindle, it was only $4… made the mistake of buying it before reading what it was about before buying it. It turns out it is about a girls brother who has Paranoid schizophrenia and has killed himself…
not sure how ill get through this if it’s triggering or stereotypes schizophrenia.
