I tried nothing this morning and felt really bad. I drank 2 cups of coffee at noon. My current goal is 1 non caffeine soda and 2 cups of coffee in the morning. 1 cup of coffee at 3:30pm, and 1 cup coffee at 6pm. This is really down from what I was consuming. Around 8:45pm I was craving sodas and coffee. I don’t know if I’ll sleep tonight because of the cravings. But I wasn’t sleeping well with all the caffeine too. Wish me luck.

Quitting soda is more important than quitting coffee in my opinion.
i agree with wave sodas are harmful compare to coffee.
Why not just drink decaf in the evening?
The 6:00 coffee is bad, any caffeine after 4 will keep you up. Maybe switch it to decaf.
Have to stop drinking and eating at midnight. Hope I can sleep, and soon.
