So far my abs hurt and my heart is pounding but I feel good it was pretty fun though and from the reviews it switches up the workout moves so it’s never boring
I was trying to concoct a workout thing but not drive myself crazy.
I can’t just sit there and run on a treadmill or do reps, i have to be doing something.
So, i’ll do sports, kayaks and other boating for lifting, hiking, stuff like this.
And hopefully one day i can not be a body that sucks so bad so i don’t have to workout for upkeep.
