Trusting work and people around work 😔

Trust is so important at work place.

I made a fool out of my self.

I wanted to find the culprits at work.

But later got to know that’s how Excel sheet works.

I got to inform this to my manager tomorrow.

Today I eye balled my manager. He said 56 and I heard it as 66.

Then this happens.

Trust is so important. Ain’t suspicion important?

Like there will be some point where all should draw a line for suspicious thoughts.
Like whom to trust and whom not to.

Edit : is it much better to trust all as I trust a person that person is ment to break it.

So if I trust all. There is no trust issue that will come up :thinking:

Last job I had I was one of the only workers who the restaurant owner trusted to run the cash register without stealing money. Then his brother worked there and always made sexual jokes with me. Once my bicycle was stolen outside of the restaurant and the restaurant owners brother saw somebody riding it a couple days later and told him to give it to him and he got it back for me. Trust is important to be able to focus on work and not use up and waste energy on suspicion. Suspicion stops learning and creativity and progress. I like to trust everyone as a team.
