Trouble sleeping

I haven’t slept well for the past 3 days. Clonazepam normally does the trick. Took one last night and I dont think I got any sleep. Thinking about going to the pharmacy today and order the best sleeping tablet they have. This might be mania but I dont have any uncontrolled emotions and I feel calm. Just wish I could sleep.

I am reading that one option is non stimulant sleeping pills for short term use. As stimulant sleeping pills may cause psychosis.

Reading that exercise close to bed time is not a good thing for insomnia and I have been exercising in the evening.

Melatonin doesn’t help me.

I have insomnia.

I’ve taken imovane over twenty years but try not to take every day or to havd one day a week without.

Insomnia sucks!

I love imovane.
It’s saved me so many times but it doesn’t keep you asleep.
Sometimes I take it and wake up two hours later.
N been awake rest of night.
It’s happened that I take it n it doesn’t work but usually it works.

I have had major bouts of insomnia. For me meds work well. I get sleep as soon as I sleep when I take oleanz pill. But wish my activity range is better to do activity harder and faster. I am always pretty slow.

Honestly. My sleep has been tremendous since I quit onions garlic a month ago.

I like onion’s and garlic but they are stimulants.

I dont know if we have that in Trinidad. I was trying my best not to go on another AP. And switching from Invega means withdrawal symptoms.

I think I got a little sleep. Still better than none. Lets see how the day progresses.

It seemed to me over the counter sleep aids were all the same medicine.

using anti histamine drugs could help also there is researches about trazodone being helpful in treating insomnia. if your problem presisted consult your psychiatry doctor

Ive been struggling with insomnia for the last couple of weeks, it sucks. I fall asleep ok but wake up 3 hours later and am up for the night. Gonna try some lorazapam starting tonight.

I got melatonin in the pharmacy then I walked 1 mile home.
