I wish there was a button to flag suspected trolling.
Itās amazing to me how people flock to certain places on the internet and either donāt realize they are being deceitful, or they get a kick out of it. I just already feel so vulnerable.

I agree that some posts look like they cannot be genuine! I call the poseurs ātime thievesā because they try to steal my time giving a response.

Yeah , the best way to tackle this is to have a user base that is wide and diverse. Also a bit of experience is all the regular folk need , they will manage to handle them.
I wouldnāt be for a troll button , free speech (within reason) is the best way.

Donāt let it get wet with water nor give it any water to drink nor bathe it.
No matter how much it cries or begs, NEVER feed it after midnight.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree
You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. Thatās fine. But, remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:
Name-calling.
Ad hominem attacks.
Responding to a postās tone instead of its actual content.
Knee-jerk contradiction.
Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.
Hit the report button if you see a problem. Leave it to the mods. Most trolls get off on being passive aggressive. Leading the commenter to make the mistake often being the one to get suspended and not the troll.
We so need a ignore button here. But you can silence the post itself.
Also a new feature just installed on the software is the ability to stop receiving notifications from any member. Which is right down the bottom in your profile preferences
Under Users Muted. There is a box. just start typing the name of the member you wish the notifications to stop notifying you in the box. There is a bit of a automatic name window much like the @ featureā¦ I hope that explains it. Oh and remember to click āSave changesāā¦

OK guys itās like this I like to see both genuine sides to the story, so I am able to appear as a troll if I have a need to act like one for some unknown psychological reason. I can empathize with just about any mind set. so I donāt even realize that I might be acting out of place. hahahaa
