I had the courage to say something to psychiatry today and she told me it could be obsessions or a real desire, I actually told her simplifying a lot that I want to change my sex. Sometimes it’s embarrassing to think about it and I feel bad about it because I don’t think it can be done, in short, I know that transsexuals exist but I don’t want to be transsexual for various reasons derived from logic but deep down I want it. in any case, I begged her to let me pass this thought. starting this afternoon I will take 5 drops of haldol in addition to the old therapy.

I really would recommend therapy for this type of thing. A psychiatrist isn’t going to be able to decide if you are trans or not .

But i thought that usually only psychiatrists can diagnose someone and prescribe meds? A talk therapy psychologist cant do that. Unless im mistaken?

Well yeah but trying to unravel if you’re trans or not takes a lot of time for some people and talk therapy can help you explore it, if you find a good affirming therapist.

A transgender was a good friend of mine. He was a natural teacher and taught how to eat.

Just a little vocabulary here, transgender is an adjective not a noun. So he would be a transgender man

I meant is he called a man before or after his realization. In other words, was a a born girl who becomes is transgender called a transgender girl or a transgender boy? When referring to one to someone else.

You’re making it more complicated. If someone tells you they are a man and they are trans, then they are a trans guy. That is all there is to it. Just go off what they tell you. If you don’t know their pronouns, ask, and offer yours. It doesn’t matter what genitals they were born with or may have.
