Tranquilizing myself!

So my energy level is good waking up, going to the gym, then afterwards it’s like OMG I want to be tranqed!!! However I found that meds are so tricky, as we all know. Seroquel was my go to, but I found that it increases my heart rate and when I get up, I get head rushes and can feel the blood shooting through my body. Also the weight gain. I’m trying to be more natural about it…should I take abilify earlier? Who knows some tricks? I use lorezpam, magnesium, hydroxixine. Trying to avoid the Seroquel. Also have done the chomomile and take L-theanine.

Chamomile and spearmint will leave me tired after continued use.

Yes. Also peppermint is a stronger form of spearmint for sleepiness I think, which are both teas.
