Sell tobacco to Asia!
As a former tobacco addict, I think that insisting that one smoke outside is enough. Leave the rest (quitting) up to the individual.

Smoking helps sz symptoms. We need it. It’s medicinal.

They’re doing that already, at least to some places in Asia. I saw on TV that the tobacco companies have targeted Indonesia as a place to sell their tobacco.
There is a guy from the assisted living center where I live in the hospital with a tube stuck in his chest right now. About half the people who smoke die from smoking related complications. If smokers lived long enough not to die from other causes the percentage would be much higher.
