Hugs dude. Your body probably needed the extra sleep. Make an extra effort to go to bed at a reasonable time tonight, and set an alarm for a reasonable time in the morning.
Yeah I was home alone last night and I did uncover one example of a “poltergeist”. A backed up toilet with remnants (for lack of a better word) that my memory couldn’t reconcile.
Still it makes no goddamn sense to echo my best Donnie Darko; hahaha. What intruder is gonna use the toilet. Still you hear sounds when you’re not used to being alone.
As was just mentioned on another post, television noise helps with the scary feelings. Put on something light that you don’t have to focus on. Maybe that will help.
