It wasn’t out of fear (Usually I am too scared to have a shower). No this time I kinda just forgot people need to shower. Weird and stupid I know. But in my isolation I kinda lose track on how to look after myself
I forget about showering too until I start to stink.

Do you have friends or family? You could ask them to visit you once or twice a week and then shower before they come each time. Knowing you’ll be around people might motivate you a bit
