I think money has made him think he can make all his ideas possible to the point he can be delusional, making all these statements based on his own mortality and interest about earth and humanity.
It’s pretty warped view. He has a god complex from money, making him believe he alone can change the course of humanity and that he is that important and the only person that can save humanity.
Honestly. He will never step foot on mars, yet he is going to spend as much money but he is too old to ever get to mars at his age.
I adore him. He’s super smart, super rich, not afraid to speak his mind, and fully prepared to risk it all! You don’t come across people like that anymore, if ever. He’s a true American hero in my book. @Kxev@shutterbug@LevelJ1@Moonbeam @devra@anon4807860@Wave
Trouble is that you don’t have to be really smart to make money. You just need to make enough money and be ruthless enough to make more money…
I’ve no opinion on him as he doesn’t impact my life in the slightest. Like don’t really read most media because it’s so slanted these days and I’m a radical lefty it would seem in today’s climate.
Like Telsa was a genius who did many crazily good things for humanity and died penniless. Musk can lose a billion and not even bite into his savings…I lose $20 and I’m struggling.
I really like the prefab houses he came up with. They address all the needs of the residents in the cheapest and most effective way possible. I hope to someday get my hands on one.
I’m no expert on the matter, but it looks to me like his ambition to create a self sustainable colony on Mars is folly. Some of the scientists keep telling us that we need to create colonies on other planets to ensure the survival of the human race, but that seems out of reach to me. It took a pretty good effort for humanity to get to the moon. Granted, technology has developed impressively since then, but my gut tells me that colonies on other planets are not going to be feasible in this century. I would be happy if I was wrong, but I’m afraid I’m not.
He did not come up with prefab homes. He ordered a home from Boxabl and now a bunch of people mistakenly think he is behind the company. He is not. Boxabl’s homes are neat, but I’d need at least five of them connected together. I’d honestly rather have one made from SeaCans.
idk much about him. I’m a bit wary of him though, he said some things i thought were strange and did some weird stuff as well, is he the guy with space x? I think the Russians want to shoot that down but I’m not sure.
