Cannabis needs to really be prescribed by a physician. And not 2.5 ounces at a time.

It’s a great prn. I’m currently hoping I can moderate usage & not abuse it again.

It’s really hard actually because I get so many benefits from the plant. But IDk what it’s doing to my insides when I stick it in my dry herb vape.

Lungs/mind/I am going to be a a Guinea pig I guess.

That’s the vain and false hope of every addict for whatever they’re addicted to though. I was like that with booze. Sometimes you have to just realise you’re beaten and give whatever it is up completely.

If that happens I’ll have lost the benefits from cannabis.

In my experience you are right though. I’m realistic.

But if I can go from moderating my food intake (down 70 pounds since 2016) I’m hoping I can do it with weed.

Food addiction is a weird one cuz you need it to survive. So I couldn’t just ‘give it up’ like I gave up ciggys and alcohol. Maybe I can apply those strategies to cannabis? Idk

Anyway. That’s what I’m doing r n.

I think there are relatively few people who ‘moderate’ anything that will make you feel better. Particularly a schizo who doesn’t work all day.

The other possibility is it will continue to grow into a problem again and I’ll just suffer a cycle of that ■■■■.

I could be putting myself thru hell and not even know it by attempting to moderate usage.
