I really think this is something i need to get focusing on while i’m feeling positive

I’m tending to deal with that in therapy and that’s really all the advice I can think of…Get into therapy. Extremely interested in what others have to say though as I’m sure there would be at least one other avenue.

I tell myself that… but then it seems like stuff I did in the past… haunts the present and alters the future.

I’m trying to get over my guilt about the past.
