i am feeling so paranoid right now, constantly reading double meanings into things and feeling like a doofus. i suppose the ativan sort of disinhibits you like alcohol or whatever.

Yeah lesson learned. I’d suggest giving them a break for a bit…they can be usefull…until they are a problem!
I had a gran mal coming off of xanax one day…wasn’t much fun waking up in an ambulance!
