Been working at the same job for almost 7 years. This is only the second vacation I’ve taken in that time.
Isn’t much, staying at a friend’s place near my hometown. A return to the old country as it were.
It is night #3 of not working and I’ve got 3 more to go before regular scheduling resumes.
Fell asleep at 11pm… unusually early for me. Now I’m awake again and its 3 am. Hopefully, I get back to sleep.
Insomnia is still an issue these days.

I’m okay. I slept close to 12 hours. I received a new Motorola cellphone this morning. It has Temu preinstalled. They will probably track my data.
How is your vacation going?
Can you delete the temu app on your motoralo phone ?
Feeling a bit homesick to be honest. Normally never leave town.
It was necessary to get away, but its been 48 hours or so and I’m finding myself ruminating over being back.
12 hours of sleep man. Wish I could get that much sometime.
Seeing old friends is cool. Bunch of folk from my childhood around here. Many of them were good friends.
Still though… just feel like getting back to my cats and my job.
Meeting up with an old pal tonight… then the train leaves late tomorrow.
I guess thats a good vacation though. Opens the eyes to world a bit, while also reminding me of what I do appreciate in my own life.

Some softwares get packaged into the operating system.
I had a motorola and it wouldn’t let me delete facebook. Some corporate deal behind the scenes.
You should be able to disable the app however.
It in the android system menus.
Might be outdated but the process is more or less the same
I felt not very good with my last cheap phone, perhaps that’s the deal why it’s cheap.
But I didn’t heard of a preinstalled shopping app.

Good to see you here mate. My manager is also always pushing me to take vacations, I have saved up a lot of days for no particular purpose. I went on one alone for the first time earlier this year and going soon again. It’s weird at first but can be quite fun and reinforcing. It’s different visiting old friends I suppose. I am not very good at talking to people I kinda lost touch with. Few exceptions where there’s no awkwardness and we can get past those superficial exchanges just to pass the time you’re sitting next to each other. As a wise man said, so it goes
