Too thick to get Now tv on my bedroom tv

Stepdaughter showed me how to do it . Go to source. Choose HDMI 1. Press the on button on Now tv remote . Press the home(house icon button). She got the Now tv screen up for me. I try it tonight . Go to HDMI1 . Press the on button on the Now remote . Press the button with the house icon- “No video available” . Just in case the Now tv button is off I press it again- “No video available”.

Is everything plugged into the mains ?

Yes-everything is plugged in.

Try unplugging and plugging the Now box back in. Sometimes they crash and lock up.

Thanks for the advice. It’s on one of those usb sticks that plug into the back of the tv. I don’t feel confident enough to move the tv, take it out and plug it in again. I’m scared of breaking the tv if I move it.

Is there a separate mains supply for the USB stick? You can unplug that and plug it back in. It will reboot the mini computer on a chip inside the stick.

Toggled a wire in the back. Light on thee USB drive came on.Got Now tv.
