I went to bed at 4am. Was woken by someone st the door at 10am. I should have forced myself to stay up but I went back to bed till 5pm.
I am now wide awake but really restless. I thought I could chew chewing gum to distract myself but accidentally chewed nicotine gum now I am wired (was vaping also).
Part of me wants to get out the flat and go to the pub. But I would need a shower first.
First world problems eh!
