the start of winter today is depressing, because it’s so cold.
but as i like to say… the good thing about winter getting closer to starting, is we are closer to winter ending.
and on the bright side of winter starting today, is the days are only gonna get brighter from here
Thank God. We made it. I can’t wait for spring.
And here I am longing for winter down south…
It is the counterpart to midsummer, so it is actually midwinter, the darkest/shortest day of the year.
