Life is full of struggles. I try to tell myself that they are learning experiences that’s all I can do. I’m not religious but serenity prayer is helpful :hugs:

You can always improve but be sure to give yourself a break every now and again!!

Yeah strange things come from nowhere. I know it’s tough but hang in there. Keep working at being the best person you can be and everything else will follow!

I know it’s hard sometimes and it’s overwhelming but there is a light at the end of all this! I’m working my ass off judy!

Nothing wrong with trying to improve yourself as long as you don’t start seeing others as inferior, we’re all going through life and want things to be better. Good job, keep working at it and don’t let the bullies get you down.

Sometimes you get tired of being tired. I try to find little things to focus on like how cute it is to watch my dogs drink water or hear people liked something I made. I don’t want validity but sometimes it helps. You are not alone, Judy.

I think it’s good to try and accept your life and the situation you’re in, but also try to improve that situation if you can.

When I say ‘accept your life’ I mean, if it’s not satisfactory, then try not to become angry or bitter or jealous etc… because these feelings are unpleasant and just make things worse.

But yeah, there’s nothing wrong with trying to improve your life too, even as you try to accept the current situation.

Just my thoughts on it, and it’s how I try to deal with my own life as someone with a severe mental illness. Make of it what you will

obligations can hold you down, so I say keep the ones working,

and let go of the ones not working.
