The government is sending people extra money on april 9th. From what I understand everyone is getting something. I checked on my cra account and I’m getting $588. Much needed.

No need to apply. If you get direct deposit it’ll be put in your account on the 9th. If mailed I’m not sure when it will be.

If you have a cra account set up it would tell you for sure.
Do you have to have had your taxes done for GST? I havent done mine this year or last year.

I’m not sure. I know people who aren’t getting gst cheques are still getting something but I’m not sure if you are behind on your taxes. Hopefully.
